Wood, adobe, straw bales, green roofs... natural building materials that are in place, in which it is healthy to live, replenish, not separate from the nature that surrounds us, but connect with it. its ecological footprint is minimal, more pleasant... we can enjoy the usual comfort without compromises, but still much, much more...

Sauna house and the little lake

In our sauna house, we built the wood-burning stove in the middle of the space so that you can sit around the fire... the light of the flames filtering through the window of the stove together with the salt-brick lamp lights providing a magical atmosphere for purification. After the sauna, you can climb a wooden ladder into our small lake to cool down your heated body, then lie down on a comfortable lounger and rest under the stars, which are unusually bright here. In the endless silence, you only hear your own heartbeat...

Pine forests all around

Our house is surrounded by a dense forest, mostly pine. This gives the place a special climate. the clean air is permeated by the scent of pine, which makes our breathing easier. From the garden, a short walk through the forest leads to the Szala stream in the valley, which meanders along its adventurous path all the way to Lake Balaton. Going to the other direction, we reach a huge wild-flower meadow, which is surrounded by endless forests... There is a good chance that you will meet one of the countless wild animals of the forest during your stay. As the forest is a natural air conditioner we are cool even in the summer heat.

Yoga Sanctuary

Where you can not only can do yoga… the circle panoramic forest building provides an intimate space for any movement or meditative activity. with its special architectural solutions, it blends into its surroundings and yet provides a protected environment. From spring to autumn, you can use it for any activity.

Sentinel landscape from the bathtub

The bathroom is the favourite room of the house for many of our visitors, because from the bathtub you can see the lake the meadow and forest below the house. if you're lucky, you can see deers, foxes, rabbits coming to drink from the small lake...

The sight of fire also warms the soul...

A wood-burning fireplace, the tiled stove and the sparhelt provides warmth and an inimitable atmosphere. Listen to your favourite music or "just" the deep silence, disturbed only by the sound of the crackling fire. But we also thought of those who don't want to bother with heating, so our house is equipped with electric radiators, which energy needs are covered by solar energy...

Two houses... if you come with friends

There is another small cottage for 2 people, in the property with its own kitchen and bathroom that is available if you come with friends and want to keep your privacy, or if there are just more people than the house can accommodate. We do not rent out the small cottage by itself, you will be the only guests in the entire one and a half hectare area.

Rural idyll, urban infrastructure

Although the site is particularly intimate and close to nature, all the comfort infrastructure you got used to is available. You can reach us via an asphalt road, you can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi, the village center has a supermarket, a greengrocery, restaurants (including gourmet ones), a local farmer's market, a pharmacy, a post office, or an ATM…
